Adventurers' Song collects only the information needed to operate this website, respond to messages, deliver requested updates, and understand general site performance.

Information You Provide

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, message, and basic anti-spam submission data. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we receive your email address and record your subscription status. When you submit artwork for review, we receive your contact name, public artist credit, email address, artwork details, viewable artwork and portfolio links, rights and age confirmations, AI-tools disclosure, typed electronic signature, explicit electronic-signature confirmation, permission version, trusted server signing time, submission reference, and related correspondence.

How We Use Information

Contact-form information is used to read and respond to your message. Newsletter information is used to send Adventurers' Song news, product information, release announcements, and related project updates. Art-submission information is used to review the work, contact the artist, document the signed Basic Digital Artwork Permission, generate and deliver the completed permission receipt, and prepare selected showcase features. We do not sell your personal information.

Services We Use

Vercel hosts the website, runs the form endpoint that creates the permission record and PDF receipt, and provides privacy-minded Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Resend processes contact notifications, sends the separate business and artist copies of the permission receipt, and manages newsletter subscriptions and delivery. These providers process information according to their own service and privacy terms.

Retention And Choices

We retain messages, subscription records, and signed artwork-permission records only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, and operational records. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter or our unsubscribe page. You may also ask us to correct or delete information associated with your email address, subject to records we reasonably need to retain to document an existing permission or withdrawal.
